The Opportunity

We're seeking a visionary Frontend Engineer to join us as one of our earliest team members. This is your chance to architect and build the interface for a cutting-edge AI research platform that could transform multiple industries.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement our frontend infrastructure using Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS
• Design and build collaborative visualization tools for complex AI-driven data sets
• Develop modern, intuitive APIs for AI model interactions
• Implement advanced authentication and authorization systems with Auth0
• Drive critical UX/UI decisions that will define our product
• Collaborate with our AI team to create interfaces for novel AI applications

Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development, particularly with React ecosystems
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex, data-driven applications
• Experience with collaborative editing technologies (e.g., Liveblocks)
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and visualization of complex data sets
• Track record of architectural decision-making in previous roles
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

Compensation Package

We're offering a substantial equity package to reflect the critical nature of this role:

• Equity: 35,000 - 70,000 shares
• Vesting: 4-year vesting with a 1-year cliff, starting after the 6-month trial
• Trial Period: Additional equity grant of 7,000 shares for the 6-month trial, fully vested upon successful completion

At our current valuation, this package is worth $75,000 - $150,000 per year, with substantial upside potential as we grow.
